The NN CPC Loop Den Haag cannot be organized without the help of more than 900 enthusiastic volunteers. All these volunteers have an important role in the implementation of the event. As a volunteer you'll receive a unique CREW-shirt and jacket. 


Positions

Start volunteer

You will guide participants to the startwaves and make sure the start goes smoothly.

Finish volunteer

We need volunteers to distribute the drinks and well-earned medals to the participants once they’ve crossed the finish line. 

Volunteer baggage drop-off

Here you take the bags from participants and after the run you make sure that the runners get the correct baggage back.

Customer Care volunteers

Customer Care volunteers help all participants with questions about their registration, bib number or the course. 

Drinks stations volunteers

Volunteers will help set up the drinks stations and distribute water to the thirsty runners. Cheering and enthusiasm is needed, and prepare to get wet! Please note, this is a long shift that requires you to be standing up.

Traffic controller

To guarantee the safety of the runners, the course must be kept free of traffic. Traffic controllers prevent vehicles entering the course. The minimum age is 18 years.

  • The minimum age is 16 years (for the traffic controller function you must be at least 18 years old).

  • You always follow the instructions of your teamleader.

  • Volunteers do not receive any compensation for the invested time or travel costs.

  • After your registration we count on your commitment. If you are unexpectedly unable to attend the event, please let us know on beforehand. 

  • At some volunteer positions is not possible to see the entire event. Keep that in mind during your application as volunteer.
