The NN CPC Loop Den Haag has been rescheduled once from spring to fall due to the corona pandemic. Kadiks: “In the fall, there is a better chance for a safe, successful event. We hope that September 26 will be a beautiful late summer day. A day on which we see many happy faces of runners, who had to miss this for so long. We want to make it an unforgettable edition. After all the restrictions due to Covid-19, we are aiming for an extraordinary, unforgettable experience. Something we are all looking forward to.''
The NN CPC Loop Den Haag, initially scheduled for March 7, has approximately 40.000 registrations annually. The event is internationally known as a top-level half marathon. The event also offers amateur athletes of all ages the chance to outdo themselves on the beautiful, fast course over various distances and is also considered a family celebration. The School Run is also the largest in the country.
From today onwards you can register for all parts of the NN CPC Loop Den Haag: CPC4ALL, Triodus Youth Run 1K, Triodus Youth Run 2.5K, Business Runs (5K, 10K and half marathon), 5K Run, 10K Run and NN Half Marathon. In the unlikely event that the event cannot take place on September 26 due to Covid-19, the registration remains valid for the next edition.
After the success of last year's anniversary edition, the CPC4ALL is on the program for the second time. Those who, for whatever reason, cannot participate in one of the existing sections of the NN CPC Loop Den Haag, can follow a 1K cours in an alternative way at the Malieveld and thus also experience the special atmosphere. Those participants may move around with aids such as hand bike or wheelchair. Under the motto #BEINSPIRED, more than ever: the NN CPC Loop Den Haag is for everyone!
The charity of the NN CPC Loop Den Haag this year is Special Olympics. This is part of a worldwide movement (active in 170 countries) dedicated to improving the lives of people with intellectual disabilities by organizing sporting events.
Special Olympics and the NN CPC Loop Den Haag give athletes with intellectual disabilities a stage on which they can shine. During the event they show what they are capable of amidst all the other athletes. Athletes with and without disabilities run together through the streets of The Hague on September 26, united on their way to the finish line. Together they will deliver a performance that will fraternize and unite. Participants can make a donation to Special Olympics upon registration.
You can register here for the 46th edition.
