Bib numbers

Receiving your bib number
Dutch participants will receive their bib number and Tag by post no later than the week before the event if you have registered before the 9th of February, 2020. If you have signed up after the 9th of february, you can pick up your race kit at customer care on the Malieveld.

Pick up your bib number
If you haven't received your bib number at home, you can pick up your bib number at customer care at the Malieveld. For this you need the confirmation of entry you will receive from us by e-mail at the end of February. The start wave and start time allocated to you are also stated on your confirmations of entry. As it is a personal document please do not share this on social media.

When you haven't received your confirmation of entry
We will send the confirmations of entry at the end of February. It is possible that our e-mail will end up in your spam box. Please check that box as well. If you haven't received our e-mail, or you have been unsubscribed from our mailing list, you can get a copy at the counter "Copy confirmation of entry". It is not possible to send the e-mail with the confirmations of entry again.

Please note: do you change your distance after 10 February 2020 via your account? Then come to the help desk on the day itself to pick up a sticker that you need to confirm on your starting number. This will allow you to enter the starting section of your new distance.

Start waves

The start waves are organised by your best- or expected time, as you stated on your registration up to and including the 9th of February. From February 10th, all participants are automatically assigned to the last start wave. Please note: it is then no longer possible to change your start wave or start time, but it is always possible to start in a later wave.

Opening times customer care at the Malieveld

  • Saturday, March 7th: 10.00 hrs - 17.00 hrs
